Kidfolk was born out of necessity and a strong
instinct for survival. Our kids were playing these cutesy little children
songs over and over, and we wer climbing the walls. We wanted our kids to
hear and appreciate the old traditional folk songs that we heard as kids.
We wanted to produce a collection of these old standards that the kids would
like, and that wouldn't drive the parents out of the room. So we put
together 15 of our favorite songs that we thought the kids would enjoy, coupled
them with some really good acoustic arrangements, and the result
is....KIDFOLK.
